Kylie Minogue announces Leeds date and we’re excited

Yeah, yeah. You cool cats can pipe down. KYLIE MINOGUE is awesome and we’re stoked to see that she’s included a Leeds date on her autumn arena tour later this year in support of her new album Golden.

Kylie Minogue

We’ve seen the petite pop princess a few times and she’s bloody great live. The production of her live shows is always on point – from Cheerleader Kylie to Greek Goddess Kylie to Parisian Showgirl Kylie, she creates a dazzling world of colour, class and sequinned costumes around her hit-filled set.

With her new album Golden, out April 6, we can only guess what the stage set-up will look like when she comes to Leeds First Direct Arena on Thursday, October 4. Those golden hot pants? Maybe. But suffice to say it’ll be one of this year’s best shows at the 13,500-capacity arena. Fangirling much?

The first tune taken from Golden is Dancing, a country-tinged pop banger. To be honest, having recorded the album in Nashville, we were expecting something a little more Music City, but it’s still classic Kylie. And we’re down with that. Check it out below:
