The show, at The Wardrobe in Leeds on Wednesday, September 28, will see Leftwich return to the city after an awesome appearance at Live At Leeds in May.
He’s touring to promote his new album, the very lovely After The Rain, and his choice in support acts is a bloody good one. There are plenty of parallels between Leftwich and Pinder – their ability to turn sounds so forlorn into something so warm and inviting, gently tugging on those heartstrings.
Oliver is releasing his new single, Give Me Something, next Friday, September 16, which can be pre-ordered HERE. You can pick up limited cheap tickets to the Benjamin Francis Leftwich show there as well.
The 16-year-old songsmith has built up quite a reputation for his live shows with a string of great support slots with Soak, Markia Hackman and Jake Isaac as well as his intimate headline shows.
Speaking of which, after his show with Benjamin Francis Leftwich, Oliver will be playing his own headline show at Oporto on November on November 23. He’ll be joined by LUCAS WATT and The Elephant Trees’ MARTHA PHILIPS. Tickets for that show are available now from HERE.
